Since 1987 Florinda has been dedicated to artisanal soap production. These soaps are entirely handmade in Italy and are produced using the cold process method, which preserves all the properties of the raw materials used.

Florinda soaps are made with only premium-quality ingredients. They are derived from vegetable oils, contain no added colorants or EDTA, for an eco-friendly and vegan product.

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. You are allowed to change your mind. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product. If you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on sale or discounted items

We have a flat shipping fee of 99,- and free shipping on orders over 1500,- Most orders are on their way to you within 1–3 days from ordering. You also have the option to choose a different delivery address than your home address. Always check the items when you receive them.

If items are damaged during transport this must be reported to the delivery point the same day the item is received. Packages that, against expectations, are not collected and are therefore returned to us will be charged for the costs this incurs. Up to 500,-
