Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Lemon is made using a traditional method where olives and unripe green lemons are pressed together to create an olive oil with a fresh and aromatic flavour. The result is an oil that combines the fullness of olives with a lively citrus aroma, perfectly balanced to enhance both everyday dishes and special occasions.
Production begins with carefully selected olives, where leaves and gravel are removed to ensure the highest quality. Together with the unripe lemons, the olives are cold pressed on the same day to preserve the natural aromas and nutrients of the oil.
SUITABLE FOR
Its fresh flavor makes it ideal for fish and seafood such as salmon, cod and shellfish, or as an exciting topping for white meats such as chicken or turkey.
